Goal Statement

For the future as in the past, Weddin Council and staff will endeavour to achieve:-

            •           Proper maintenance and improvement of all services.

            •           Assets and finances managed in a proper manner.

            •           Improved communication with residents.

            •           Promotion of tourism and development in a balanced manner.

            •           Improved productivity and morale with a well trained, motivated and safe workforce.

            •           Ongoing development of a corporate risk management strategy.
