Subdivision - Published: 24 Aug 2005
Any boundary adjustment or subdivision work require approval from Council in the form of a Development Applicaiton and Subdivision Certificate and may require a Construction Certificate if work such as roads, services etc are to be installed as part of the subdivision or boundary adjustment.
